Radebeul - Dresden - Cologne - Frankfurt - Windhoek

I left Radebeul together with my parents around 10. We went to Dresden to pick up the car for me to drive to Frankfurt.

It was snowing a bit, the roads were covered but the Autobahn was free. I think it snowed around 5-8 cm in Dresden.

The farewell with my parents was short and painless. It was good that Caroline was in Cologne the last days so I could give them all the attention they wanted during the weekend.

I went to Cologne first to pick up Caroline. She was staying at her uncle’s place. Luckily the Autobahn was free of snow and outside of Saxony the weather also got better.

I wish everybody a happy, healthy and successful New Year!

Caroline and I celebrated New Year’s Eve in Berlin, together with 1 million other people around the Brandenburg Gate. It was the bomb!

I hope everybody else also had a good start into 2004!
