Once more sick again.
It was one of the best ideas I had in a long time yesterday: I went to bed very early. I think it was around 8:30.
That really was a good night’s sleep. I really needed that. And it was so silent today morning. I’m really not used to that. Normally there is always already something going on around Campus, even on a Sunday morning. It was nice to listen to the birds outside.
Nevertheless I feel worse than yesterday. I already felt it for some days that a cold is approaching me. I immediately switched over to drink a lot of freshly pressed orange juice together with lemons and honey, but I it seems that I couldn’t stop the cold from coming.

Finally some time to rest
I was really sleeping well after my SMS to Eugene - but it didn’t last very long, since Caroline came over around 1 in the morning.
Her friends dropped her off at the Polytechnic. I guess she had no other choice but to come to my room. She was with Joe. I was wondering why, but she told me that the guards didn’t want to let her in and Joe happened to be at the main gate.
Well, my sleep was gone but what can I say? I really enjoy her being around…

Caroline really has the talent...
… to totally mix up my day. And this Friday started so nicely, even though I could not sleep very good last night.
Eugene was watching TV until almost 2 in the morning. I could nearly hear everything. He watched some MTV show where they featured Brittney Spears. They played all her songs and had interviews with her asking about how the song was produces and so on.
Luckily Joe came around 12 to give me my car keys back. We talked almost until 2 in the morning. He is leaving on Saturday, and we didn’t really have a chance to talk to each other during the last weeks.
The only strange thing was that Eugene came around 1:30 in the morning, while I was still talking with Joe, together with one of his friends. Does this mean he left the TV on the whole time while he was gone..?!

Today was quite a nice day, but why the heck did I choose to go to see Matrix?
We came back today morning around 5. Chez Ntemba was really great last night! I don’t regret at all that Josh and Caroline finally convinced me to go, even though I actually didn’t want to.
On our way back we were 8 people in the car. That was quite a fun ride. And it was actually also the first time that my car was that full.
I don’t know why I already woke up around 9, but I in fact did. I showered and ate something and went straight to bed again..

What a crazy day!
I really enjoy not having to get up early in the morning. I was really looking forward to this during the last weeks!
I got up around 9, showered and dawdled a bit. After lunch I did some eMail writing and went to fetch Caroline. We came to my place together with her, and one of her friends. Later on one of Caroline’s cousins also joined us.
We were talking and chilling a bit, maybe until around 7 when Johnson Billawer came for no good reason to check if we were drinking alcohol. He never did it before. I got really upset!
We were only playing music and talking. And it was not even late at night. I really have the feeling that those guys are picking at us since the incident with the Austrians. Since that time, I feel that they’re watching us even more closely as normal. That is really intimidating!
I mean there was really no reason, we didn’t do anything wrong! I hate if people intrude my privacy! I just hope that this was the first and the last time or else I’ll start thinking of moveing out. I mean it can’t be that we are supervised like prisoners.

The first day totally without any school.
I dropped Caroline off at home early in the morning. After I came back I went to bed straight again to sleep a bit more.
I really have to catch up with sleep to empower myself again. The last three exam weeks were more exhausting that I thought that they would be. I never wrote 5 exams within 4 days before. We always had one or two days in between Exams, which came in handy especially for me because I always used to only study a few days in advance.

My last Exam for this Semester: Statistics.
Since I couldn’t really get a grip on studying during the weekend I set my alarm clock to wake me up at 4 in the morning. And so I did.
I revised and practised all the topics that we covered during the semester and calculated some practise exercises. I just hoped that my short-time memory is going to save me this time.

I'm so unmotivated...
Today I really had a bad day. I was so up to nothing. It was not nice anymore. But I just couldn’t get myself going.
I got up at around 9. That was kind of early for a Sunday, especially for me, but couldn’t sleep anymore for some strange reason so I got up and showered.

I got tickets to Germany!
Today I got up around 10. Actually Caroline called me in the morning and woke me up, which was very nice. We talked a bit about yesterday and how crazy that day was.
After that I called Air Namibia just to double check if our names are on the ticket waiting list for the 23rd of December. But I didn’t even came that far, because the lady told me that they extended the Special Offer which until now was only valid on the 23rd and 24th also to the 16th. and the good thing was that she still had tickets available.

Today was one of those really crazy days.
We got up today morning at 5 and I brought Caroline home. Normally her dad brings the kids to school at around 6 and she wanted to be home by that time.
She also had a meeting at a Science Research Foundation because she’s planning to do a research job at the Namibian desert during December and January. The meeting is scheduled for 8 o’clock in the morning. I felt bad for her.
I went straight to bed after I came back from her house and slept almost until 11.

Exams are getting stressful...
It has been quite a while since I posted here last time.
The last weeks were just amazing and exciting. But now I’m right in the middle of my Exams. Next week is going to be very stressful.
I survived the Software Engineering Exam this week Wednesday, but I have to write 5 Exams within the next week and another one on the 24th of November. That one, luckily, will be my last one for this semester!
After that the Summer Recess starts for me and I promise a major update during that time!
Stay tuned!
